as a content writer, i help thought leaders translate their big ideas into words that connect (and convert).

I also make friendship bracelets.

You can probably tell that I like to do a LOT of things. I made this website when I was more heavily entrenched in the stress management and self-care coaching space, but the truth is that I haven’t actively hosted coaching groups or sessions in a few years. Instead, my work shifted to focus on writing — and I picked up a bracelet making habit along the way:

So right now, this site is in a transition phase: I’m not currently accepting new clients for self-care coaching or writing, BUT, I am starting something new with a friend of mine, Kelsie!
